They've finally made a live action Dragonball Z movie. And of course, the whiny fanboys are already flooding the film forums in troves, bitching about such things as Goku being white (even though he was never Asian in the show), the story not being exactly the same as in the cartoon (so they assume), and characters not looking the same. But eff all that. I'm seeing it anyway just for the nostalgia. As long as they don't carry over all the stuff about "I'm only at 23% of my full power!" and "Your power level is only 1575. Mine is 3045. Feel the wrath of 1470 arbitrary units of menergy!" it's all good. |

See, I never got into Dragonball Z. A friend of mine loves it, and Andrea used to watch it but I never really got into it. Mine anime thing was always Battle Angel (aka Gunnm).
